i recently got H1 Extension stamping ( Till 2011 ) and also have AP Expires in Nov 2008 .
I am working on H1 and not interested to use EAD .Do i still need to renew my EAD and AP?

just a tip not cool to hijack someone else' thread. on your question: If you are planning on being with the H1 sponsoring employer for the next few years no point renewing your EAD or AP. However they are two seperate filings. You don't need to have a valid EAD in order to apply for an AP renewal or vice versa. Hope this helps.

Hi All,
We [Me(applicant) and my Wife(H4)] finally received our EAD's last week from NSC :> I have 2 questions:
1. Can i work part time.....apart from my 8 to 5 job based on my EAD. If yes, does the part time job need to be related or similar to my 8 to 5 job?
2. We had our FP done before we got our EAD's. Do we have to go back for additional FP after receiving EAD's? Anybody with similar situation?
Appreciate everyone's time.

- recently obtained a duplicate passport for my stolen passport, unfortunately also lost I-94 when received in Dec.08.
- Can I use the I-94 attached in the bottom of the I797? I won't have time to submit I102 and wait for replacement I-94.
- I've a trip coming very soon to Germany, last year had obtained the H1b stamping at US consulate in Germany, will it be ok if I apply for restamping at the same consulate because of time factor I'm not able to Canada or Mexico or India.
Any help and advise will be much appreciated. thanks !

My labor is approved in August 2007 and I have approved I140.It is likely that my company might declare chapter 11(bankrupt).I have not yet filed my I1485 yet as dates are not current for my PD.
My question is can I port my I140 to a different company B and extend my H1 based on the approved I140 from company A.
If yes, What documents do I need from company A to get this done.There were some posts which said I cannot port without having my 485 filed and pending approval for 180 days.is this true?
Can someone provide some suggestion what would be good approach.Ofcourse I will talk to a advocate before proceeding but in order for me to request my labor and 140 from my current company, I need to prove it to them that it is possible to port 140 without 485.

There's something about these that isn't working. I think klinux is right. Try some other levels of desaturation. I like the headshot the best of the two. The color shot is a nice one, but her skin looks blotchy. Good experiment. Keep trying.
